Section 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 8999bd. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 8999bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts will be suspended pending verification if there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age.

Section 1.2

Jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 8999bd is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. 8999bd does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activity is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Section 1.3

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 8999bd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be voided at 8999bd's discretion.

Section 1.4

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of deposits.

Section 1.5

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. 8999bd will never ask you for your password or OTP via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 8999bd of unauthorised access immediately at [email protected].

Section 2.1

Accepted Payment Methods

8999bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Section 2.2

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below these thresholds will not be processed. Maximum limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within your account cashier section.

Section 2.3

Own-Account Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded where possible and may trigger an account review. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your 8999bd account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.

Section 2.4

Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your 8999bd balance in real time for all supported mobile financial services. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 8999bd is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Section 2.5

Platform Fees

8999bd does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 8999bd's control. You are advised to check with your payment provider for their current fee schedules.

Section 3.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8999bd are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion's terms. No bonus is automatically withdrawable without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

Section 3.2

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Section 3.3

One Bonus Per Household / Device

Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per device, per IP address, and per verified identity. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Section 3.4

Bonus Abuse

8999bd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit, systematic low-risk staking designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and the use of automated betting software. Where abuse is identified, 8999bd reserves the right to void bonus winnings, remove bonus funds, and close the account.

Section 3.5

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

8999bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagering already in progress at the time of the change, provided the Player has not yet breached these Terms.

Section 4.1

Certified Game Providers

All games available on 8999bd are supplied by internationally certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. These providers maintain their own Random Number Generator (RNG) certification and return-to-player (RTP) standards. 8999bd does not alter or interfere with the outcome of any game supplied by these studios.

Section 4.2

Disconnections and Technical Errors

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules for incomplete rounds. 8999bd is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side. Where a technical error on 8999bd's systems results in an incorrect game outcome, 8999bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager.

Section 4.3

Software Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, mis-display, or software error that results in an apparent win that could not have arisen under normal operating conditions, 8999bd reserves the right to withhold payment of that win pending investigation. Wins resulting from exploited software errors will be voided.

Section 4.4

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8999bd:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets.
• Collusion with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties without their consent.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks and payment disputes made in bad faith.

Section 6.1

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 8999bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method after identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Section 6.2

Suspension by 8999bd

8999bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or suspicious financial patterns; (d) provision of false registration information; (e) underage gambling; (f) collusion, bot usage, or systematic exploitation. During a suspension, access to funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 6.3

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 8999bd will attempt to contact dormant account holders at the registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to the dormant balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Section 7.1

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8999bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of 8999bd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Section 7.2

Privacy and Data Protection

8999bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Section 8.1

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8999bd's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8999bd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Dispute Resolution Process

Section 8.3

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall govern and take precedence in all respects.

Section 9.1

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8999bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Section 9.2

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 9.3

No Waiver

8999bd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of 8999bd's right to enforce it at a later time.
